Hours of Operation: Mondays 8-6, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8-3, Thursdays 8-5
For over 20 years, my passion has been to help people address their personal pain and struggle. I work with adults in individual psychotherapy using an approach that is gentle but honest. My focus is to help individuals recreate a healthy perception of themselves while developing and maintaining positive, supportive relationships with those around them. I am open to bringing in any support systems to help create and maintain healthy change. This includes spirituality, when deemed appropriate by the client.
To support my belief that there is no one treatment style that works for everyone, I have trained in a variety of treatment modalities. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systemic Treatment, and Dialectical Behavioral Treatment (DBT), as well as specific treatments to address trauma, such as Brainspotting (BSP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
My educational background includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the past 20 years. I am an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). I have also clinically supervised other therapists and conducted seminars in the areas of Behavioral and Mental Health.

Hours of Operation: Wednesday thru Friday 8:00 - 600 / Saturday 9:00 - 12:00
For nearly 30 years, I have been helping people to heal with painful relationships, situations, thoughts, and difficult emotions. I also have a great deal of experience helping people recover from trauma, grief, and loss. I enjoy working with couples to strengthen communication, reduce conflicts, and restore trust. I also work with parents and children who are struggling to cope with the difficulties that life can bring.
My educational background includes a Master of Social Work Degree (with Certificate in Marriage and
Family Therapy) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I have a strong foundation of
professional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (TF CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Prolonged
Exposure (DBT PE) and Family Systems Theory.
Personally, I operate from a faith-based value system. I believe helping people identify and prioritize
their own values can help them through important decisions in life.
